Sad as it may be, we do not need to give it ethnic colourations. From what I heard, more yorubas had properties destroyed than people from other tribes.

Further more, if they had also contracted a qualified architect and paid his fees as agreed, he would got approved building plans that will stand in a court of law. Almost all of those guys were looking for short cuts to buy land, design and build. The result is tears and pain. So so sad.
